Our Leadership

Jeff Dudley is the founder World Academy of Safety & Health Foundation Inc. He has worked in aquatics since 1990. Mr. Dudley has authored and co-authored and published several books and manuals related to water and technical rescue as well as maritime safety. He holds both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in administration and leadership. He no longer plays an active role in day to day operations of the nonprofit – instead, this is now handled by the Executive Director and supporting staff. Dudley lives in Baltimore County, Maryland.
